HR Recruiter

We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to manage our recruitment process, source top talent, and ensure seamless onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and employee referrals
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
• Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR
• Graduate degree in HR or related field
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in recruitment software and tools
